The Hobby Real Estate story started with the crossing of the paths of two people who had just left the corporate sector.

The duo, who established a partnership as a real estate consultant at the end of 2017, became known for their success in a short time.

With each passing year, the duo continued to grow; And finally, with great difficulty, in 2021 "Hobby" was born. He read the deficits in Izmir and Turkey very well and set out with the right moves. As Izmir's first and only project office, it carried this vision forward. Thanks to his partnership with the leading land company in the sector, he realized that he was very good at selling land projects. Wanting to sell the projects he developed himself, Hobby took this business one step further and founded 'Arsalina'. Because he was sure that he would be very good at this job and grow. Taking its first breath with solid foundations and big dreams, Arsalina continues to grow with miracles every day. Dozens of our projects are on the way...
